The Baking Gurl has been providing delicious treats to its clients for over two years. With constant and steady support from her clients, Niyyatii pursued her certification and became a certified patisserie chef from 32 Degree Studio for the City & Guilds. She has now curated a huge menu with several types of treats and delicious baked goods. Every product on her menu is eggless and also serves gluten-free and vegan options.
With an overwhelming response to her product offerings, The Baking Gurl has now decided to expand its roots and grow its community. With an active social media presence and constantly adapting to trends, Niyyatii is coming up with bigger, better things and spreading her wings to take flight and share the joy of baked goods across the country!

Niyyatii Gala has studied fashion and is a stylist by profession. She also had a label of her own. As the recession hit the country, her work came to a halt. The birth of her child and the time on her hands led her to discover her love for baking as she came across a baking workshop that instantly caught her attention. After that, the rest as they say is history! She founded The Baking Gurl and grew her clientele base. With 100+ items on her ever-growing menu, The Baking Gurl is on its way to becoming a big brand name in the baking industry.
